Think best is to hang loose occasionally, don't always be so uptight, and not so extreme that totally don't wear. Just remember to release periodically from the tension. many of the girls in SIngapore are so flat that there's really nothing for the bra to support.

Let me set things straight. bras are worn by women mainly (though not exclusively) for coverage, support and vanity. Nipple tapes however are made for one purpose - to cover the nipples. Duh?
It's not a matter preference like how some of us guys chose to wear boxers over underpants.
That said, I can read your fren's intent. My ex used to wear nipple tapes to entice me...

it is the society tat we live in tat forbid us to expose our breast ... not like those african villages where the woman dun wear clothings at all
