Not so related to the topic but just to air my views. I don't think it's really wrong to have sex with someone way younger than yourself. Especially if the two people really have feelings for each other. But at least the younger one should at least be of a more mature age like 18 and above. Be it guy or girl. Lust between mature adults is one thing, but lust over children who have not even developed any womanly or manly forms is totally disgusting.

like a guy who is 17 yrs and a girl who is 15 yrs .... would the guy be charged with statutory rape even though he is underage ?
