wat the f*** forfeit is this??

today me n my buddies went sentosa to play.. den we saw this grp of ppl.. tink frm NUS (dey wearing NUS tshirt) having their orientation games.. den we saw this guy n gal kanna forfeit..the girl was piggy-backed by the guy and the guy juz suddenly decide to head for the water... the girl try to struggle and fell off frm the back of the guy who is quite tall..instead of helping her up, the guy continued to DRAG the girl across the sand.. and into the water.. my frens n i were going WTF...the girl was dragged for more than 20 metres across the hot n hard sand loh..and the whole grp even cheered when she is thrown into water..
i juz dun understand why all these orientation games hv to play until lidat.. i really pity the girl man..v poor thing...and i tink that guy is really a big ASS HOLE -
Maybe from an outsider's point of view, the games played might have seemed rough and uncalled for, but for all you know the girl might have been enjoying her orientation. Won't you agree that going to Sentosa means sand getting in your ass and you getting wet? That's the fun of it. The fun of orientation games. I will puke having to go thru an orientation where we sit ard and sing boring songs, play "wacko" and all the other dumb games you can think of.

if they wanna play, at least carry the gal and throw her in.... not drag her across the beach.... can't believe anyone would do such a thing, less no one stop him and cheer him along instead.... they all go uni w/o their brain issit?!

i use to be a camp orientation organiser.
To be frank, i find those games rather lame and stupid.
but to be even more frank, tt is one way to get to know more char bor and luan chee hong them... -
Youngsters nowadays are like that one lahÂ….they think they are being creative and exciting. But from an outsiderÂ’s point of view (especially those in the workforce), itÂ’s a bit bo liao and stupidÂ…
Maybe NUS should have reviewed the contents of the games played during orientation, then incidents like dragging the girl across the sand would not have happened or maybe the guy should be given warning on the spot? The objective of having orientation is to allow people to familiarise and know each other (build rapport)Â…not to get injured or allow some guys to chi duo fu. -
