he is the biological father. that's not really being responsible, it's FACT.
as for FATHERING the child in the sense that we know it, you think he is obligated? does responsibility mean the couple should be married and bring the child up together? AFTER BEING RAPED?

No one here has actually defined what 'rape' is in the first place. If anyone simply defines it as non-consentual sexual intercourse, I'd advise against it. And based on that, if it's accepted that only women can get raped, then it's one hell of a gender biased assumption. Rape is about enforcing one's sexual power over another regardless of gender. Rape cases filed by men are rarely won because of many reasons. It will become a massively publicised case which exposes the weakness of that man, which thanks to society's way of thinking, will mean further shame for that one man. Also, there has been much effort put into proving that men raped women. Forensics, science, DNA testing, the works. Has there been any effort to prove that women raped men? At the end of the day, no means no.

i give a example,
there's this very horny girl in a bar, she saw a man she likes very much. but the man refuses her cos he love his wife very much. then she drugged the man in his drink and carry him to a hotel and have sex with him. without the man knowing since he is unconscious.
then a months later the girl come to find the man and tells him that she is pregnant with his baby (just assume that the baby is really his) and wants him to hold responsiblities for the baby.
so how? should the man hold responsibility, eventhough he knew nothing of it? -
