NDP is a one in a year event.
SCV is more guilty of dumping free goods on the market, and people making money out of it.
Those free stuff that goes along with subscription, i saw many trying to even auction it off. -

oh yes, my mum called up scv, was intending to threaten to cancel the subs but they offered her to sign contract when she asked/hinted abt the mp3 player.

For the subscription they do give free or low priced stuff.
For rewards points, best check with the webbie for latest stuff -
