2. Decal and Polo T's were sold during the launch last sat. Those who miss last sat meet up..

I jus found out that the vibration is due to the board at the car boot. It tend to knock onto the 2 plastics at the side when the car is moving hence creating some sound.
Do anyone of u have the same encounter and what do you do to solve it? -

Are you referring to:
1) the board on the base of the boot which covers the spare tyre?
Or
2) the board which is attached to the boot door by two strings?
If its (1), you can use 3M or some other adhesive tape to create a cushion between the board and the sides so that they don't come in direct contact.
If its (2), I suspect the board may not be fitted properly. If I remember correctly it can be detached for added storage space, so make sure its sitting properly on its hinges.
Hope this helps solve your problem. If not, just pop down to Tan Chong and ask one of the technicians to have a look at it. -
Hi all!
Has anyone noticed there are alot more Marches on the road now than ever before? I seem to run into one whereever I go, guess its a good sign that our March is picking up in popularity (cos of the drop in price?), but also not a good thing in that we don't feel the same sense of exclusivity anymore...
Well, just to share my experience with my Choco March...I've been driving practically everyday since I collected my baby on Wed 23rd Feb (will not forget this date ever!). Whether its just to fetch my gf from work, or for a family outing on the weekends (sometimes 6 pple sitting altogether), this car never fails to perform effortlessly.
And how the stares you get from other cars or pedestrians really makes your day? I'm sure you all know what I mean. Even stock, this car still has so much character! I'm dying for the day that I can afford to dress her up in designer Impul bodykits and rims...now that would really up the stare factor!!!
I'm putting down my wish list for her so that I can look forward to something else now that I've already gotten her. Maybe you guys would like to do the same, do share!

1. HKS air filter and exhaust muffler (for the sound)
2. Impul bodykits and 15" white alloy rims (for the look)
3. Impul 112s engine upgrade (for the power!)

Found out few days ago that someone left a permanent depression on my front door panel using his/her car door.
Thinking of installing a side guard protector now cos find that our slab side is totally defenceless against such inconsiderates. Anyone interested? Maybe if we have more people buying can get better price thru a good SE. Retail price is 208. I dun want to go back to my SE since i shoot him quite badly in the aftersale survey, dun think he's intereseted to help me at all.
No ex-stock, need at least 2 mth lead time. -
I wanted to install the side guard protector last year but the sales person whom I spoke to at Tan Choong Toa Payoh Service Center (parts and accessories department) was extremely rude and he could not even confirm when the parts and what colours will be available. Ok u can leave that SE out. Yes, the parts are from japan. TC dun keep stock so everything has to be ordered. Lead time depends on shipment & availability at Japan side. Lead time can be much faster if yr SE willing to pay Fedex/UPS prioirty shipment. That's why i'm trying to gather more interest, cos if one pc no SE will be willing to pay for air freight, but if more then a diff story.
There are 4 colours: silver, ivory, orange & gun metallic (dark grey). -

for me i can only try to park one side against the wall and pray the other side wont kanna bang. best is dun park near lorries. in extreme cases i park so close to the wall that i have to crawl out from the other side. the other car will find that even when he swings his door fully opened he still can walk thru between his opened door and my car.

try going up north in a convoy, i bet you will get super turned on by the admiring stares. -
try opening the rear door and shake the 60:40 split foldable rear seats, the noise is most likely from the smaller rear foldable seat. took me a while to find out. gotten used to it after a while. if it still bothers you, you can stick some rubber or insulation tape on the latch where the seat catches on.Originally posted by silver marchie:Hi

some of the guys here proposing to drive up Melacca somewhere between 20-23 May 2005 (long weekend) maybe for 2D1N or 3D2N. its before the school holidays so that we can avoid the jams and crowds.
