Thats a steal for you considering the fact that you managed to get 1.5K off the elegance price for opting out of the body kit. I was only interested in the elegance model due to extra features like the keyless entry but I was not so keen on the body kit cos they looked awful and cheap. Told my SE that I would like to opt out of the body kit and dun mind even if there was no discount in the final car price ....My SE insisted that this was not possible as the car came fitted with the body kit....
Now I am so worried that my body kit will fall apart...Seems like they are made of some kind of plastic material and very fragile... Going to fall apart any minute....

wait they come with hammer and parang then you know...
btw they are made of fibreglasss (or is it? maybe partially plastic) and yes, can crack and drop off if you abuse it. BUT, the stock ones are more durable as compared to those if you go JB to make and fit, these will really crack as they are quite brittle.
i kissed a camry a while ago, that fella's rear bumper dropped off (hanging) and my front bumper got dented in. when i reached home the dent went back into shape by itself! after some own polishing i can hardly see any flaw!
so i think i can conclude that our bumpers are quite plasticky and flexible. unlike those that are pure fibreglass which crack. -

No offence please.... I think I may have gone overboard....Probably its just my body kit which is a problem but I am very sure that if any cars is to kiss my Marchie, my bumper or front spoiler will definitely fall apart...Maybe the workmanship is poor.... Should have complained to my SE when my car was first delivered.... Too late now...

Wonder if anybody have read on a jap car magazine.....they put a supercharger inside a nissan march....wonder will it be approve by LTA if do such a mod here???

wondering did anyone continue to have their car to be maintained by nissan after the 3 free services are consumed? or any recommendation for workshop to service the car? our car is going for the 3rd servicing soon..

Hi there! As a result of my car being kissed by someone while parked at Tangs (hit n run) I got a recommendation from a friend for a mechanic at Sin Ming Industrial Est. They do servicing as well and I'll be going there for my 20K service. They will only change what needs to be changed, hence it will be a whole lot cheaper than Nissan's. Although certain things are supposed to be changed as per the package for Nissan, noone really knows if they do as our cars are all quite new, so the parts are all OK. The guy's place is @ Block 12, Section B, unit 50 I think. It's the one right at the end, called Siong something. I usually communicate with the wife, Chris. Nice people. If you say you got a recommendation from a purple coloured March, they will definitely know it's me! (Coz I had to resend my poor Bubbles in just a day after her dent was knocked out and repainted after she got scratched while I was turning into my fiance's front porch!) -
At SPC Petrol station i met a lady in a black marchie....lily( jurong area) , , it was very nice meeting u and i will also like to meet ur brother who u say is also a marchie driver in woodlands?.....hope u are logging in to read this !!!!

There is a supercharger pack for K12 and it is subjet for approver by LTA.
Cost of the product, abt 1.9k ! Both the 1.2 and 1.386 local models can be fitted with the SCP..! Go easy on your ride..! abt 15-20 horse you will gain after you install it...! before you go to that level.. ! may be consider the basic 4 items..! sparksplugs, exhaust, KNN Fliter and E68/etc .. you will gain abt 5 horse..

TC warranty only covers engine.. !
They dun cover cosmetic..! if I am not wrong..!

Is yr marchie purple? I rem seeing it parked at one of the Sengkang mall few months ago ....? Was that sweet bubbles? Wat was yr orginal color then ?

I continued to service my car at Tan Chong after the initial free servicing. I took up the preventive maintenance program which consist of 4 servicing at $806, an average of $200 plus per service. Took it up as i tot if anything wrong with the car it is still under warranty and can go back to them. If service outside these fellas might void it. So basically got a LL feeling. You can also try this place in Kaki Bukit that service Nissan cars. Called Autosaver. Some of the Marchies here swears by it. Can see the fellas service your car, learn from them, change parts only when needed blah blah blah. Hi Tweety74, i got the bodykit removed, but it also meant that i couldn't have the fog lights installed. Was told that they came as a set, and i cannot choose to have both. Well, let it go altogether. Think it isn't so safe driving into M'sia anyways...Originally posted by tweety74:Hey yen_ryan,

Today was my lucky day at 8.15am to finally see a PINK Marchie lady driver SFP XXXX frm Chong pang area , but cannot catch her to pass her my note.....so fast!!! At least my son got a chance to wave at her n c her smile !!!! hope to catch u at 1 of of our meet-ups !!! u r the 1st PInk marchie in the group......

It's still the original opal lavender colour. Although I would have loved it in pink! Mine's has a Canterbury of NZ car decal at the back. Wave if you see me, I'm always happy to see a fellow marchie. Been seeing more marchies around lately. hi everyone....
had been real busy lately running around for my house reno so don't really have much time to log on to post any postings.....PLUS....guess what?! i got into a little accident on tuesday 26th april at the junction of cantonment road n north brigde road!!!!!!!!!!!
this guy is soooooo silly....u'll know why later. his car was on the extreme right lane ( a right turn only lane) n i was on the next lane (a go straight or right turining lane)....when the traffic light turns green...i went straight ahead..naturally heading towards the extreme right lane after crossing the junction. this guy which was suppose to turn right but went straight as well n wanted to take MY lane!!!! i was ahead of him n could see him coming from my right side mirror.....tried to "siam" him but when i glanced at my left side mirror, another car was on the left lane so i could not swirl towards the left lane to avoid that fellow n "bang"...kanna liao! he hit me!!!
both came out to argue...he claimed that i do not know how to drive n that i eat into his lane! i was so fumming mad n told him that this is my lane n he was suppose to turn right n not go straight n take my lane!!!! he still insist that it's my fault! we argued but to no conclusion. guess what?! this guy smell of very strong alcohol. i was saying i'll call the police n we settle insurrance claim but something stopped me after what marchmoo mentioned in our last outing that if we got into an accident with a drink driving car...we cannot claim against his insurrance company as they won't pay! so with that at the back of my mind n plus i thot see if i can "hung" him that i report police so he will at least pay me some $$$ but that fellow say "u call lah! i'll pass the breathe-test one!" then also i "heart soft" thot i want to give him a chance too!book for drink driving penalty quite "chia lat" one!
then he suddenly ask me to go get it done n he will pay the workshop. finally come to an agreement. exchange no. n took down his name n IC no.
NOW/......after i drove off....i realised something!!!! i forgot to take down his vehicle no.!!!!!!!
so now i cannot even file a report against him to claim his insurrance!.....urghhhhhhhh!!!!!
and there's more.... called him the next day but could not get him at all!!!! he didn't pick up my phone calls the whole day!ahhhh! cheater! bastard!
ok now lesson learnt:
1) never be too kind as it doesn't pays
2) never loose ur cool even that fellow kept accusing u n saying that it was ur fault even though it was not ur fault at all.
3)keep ur cool n know what to do. we can forget to take down any other particlulars but die die also must take down his vehilcle no.!
fyi...that was the first time i got into an accident in my 13 yrs of driving experience so didn't really know what to do....
well, i'll take that as a learning experience so next time if it ever happen again (which i hope it will never happen again),i'll know how to react!
just like to share with u guys.
btw, i'm ok n the damage was very bad.
