but no longer renting...coz...bought my own carz liao...haha
can rent from him....he not tat lousy as u all said....but abit not gd is tat....the amt of cars n the variety is limited....

i believe there must be some misunderstanding somewhere bah. nobody wants to open business to provide lousy service..perhaps maybe tat lisa.

Firstly , thanks all for keeping this post alive. I believe that all who want to rent will appreciate it...
Secondly, anyone rented van before? Like Kangoo, Combo, Partner, or maybe lite ace? Need a small van for transport of big item leh.

Rental more for new cars lah...COE car not worth to rent. Actually, the other alternative why not start a company (registration $20 i think) and buy a commercial vehicle like Kangoo...running cost lower too with diesel...emm actually that is one of the reason why i want to rent a van too...somemore can do some sideline...I think if you dont do anything at all also ok...seriously one day going to check this idea to see whether feasible or not...
Buying a COE car doesnt really appeal to me...just have the feeling that maintainance cost will be high...but again, it is still a car....and it is your preference. Take note that you need to add at least $500 (other expense like petrol, road tax, parking, insurance) to the instalment to find out how much it is going to set you back per month to own the starlet.... -
aiyo..so much bad experiences.. but i rented before a few times from tankaloy in this forum. his real name is alex. he was quite regular in this forum before but dunno now go where liao..
anyways his cars were very nice and rates also very competative. no problems at all. also a very friendly and nice chap -

unless the owner not in and the person who has the key anyhow rent it out
u can check LTA website to see their law on private car rental... -

yup...my fren previously rented an peoguet 206 open top(pardon my spelling)..i think $160/day. haha!
