  That's a SAS form, which is a must for IDAC to attach in the e-filing. If you did not complete the required form. IDAC cannot proceed with the reporting of your case to GIA and to your respective insurance company.
  
  Without IDAC's report and assessment of damage of your vehicle, Insurance companies (except AIG, AXA and Nippon these 3 companies requires their insured to do the same SAS reporting and assessment at their 'quality' workshops) will not allow claim on behalf or being claim against.
