How much to do the wondow tinting in JB? LTA compliant?? Any recomendation for a good installer? -

ANYONE CAN ADVISE ME WHERE TO SEND MY CAR FOR THE 1ST 1000 SERVICE( BETTER SERVICE) 
HAVENT WASH MY CAR YET SINCE COLLECTION COS NOT SURE WHERE TO GO FOR BETTER CAR WASH.

Why dun you go for your 1st free servicing with TC, Mineral Oil that TC is giving for free for the 1st three servicing.
After 10k servicing, you can decide to stick with TC or go to other workshop for servicing. Hand wash is the best... ! DIY........!

Back to TC... better service? Car wash is best DIY. If you have spare $$ to spare, sent it in to car groomers weekly eg. ToughSeal
1) Wash Car weekly
2) Wax Car monthly
3) Apply Sealent.
Try to keep a habit to wash your car. Do not delay as the rain and bird shits are harmful to the paint. -

TC the one at UBI is it ok? Toughseal? do they have a web site that i can visit. . After the rain i realise there is a black dripped mark that was shown at the door handle, guess that was the black coating that they apply on the handle, i just cun remove it with a wet cloth

btw, how much does TC charges for servicing after the 3-X free? most likely would go back to them i think for peace of mind... just dun have much faith with the workshops out there, hard to find honest one esp when they think woman easy to con... at least can complaint to TC if not happy...
usually wash DIY once a week, but sometimes go to manual wash exterior at petrol kiosks, but dun let them clean your interior, think the pple washing the car can be quite sweaty and dirty so even after they vaccum and clean your interior, somehow make the air in the car dirtier... -
hey zuki, think most of the car shampoos have washing directions on their labels you might want to check it out... it's like taking shower i suppose, from top to bottom, rinse, shampoo, rinse and dry... don't need much techniques... but think wax and polish quite tedious if DIY though.

Well, i wash the car on average every 3-4 days, depending on the weather.. when i am too lazy, then, i go to the car wash at the ExxonMobil Stevens road..
I used to get these black oil stains that i just cannot wash away, until my dad advised me to use a polish to clean away such stains on the car (after washing the car clean!), followed by waxing..
Servicing.. hmm, if you want to maintain the warranty of the car under TC, i thought we have to go back to them for servicing?? Is this a misconception?
I know that Tan Chong has a maintenance package at 806 SGD that covers another 20k km (4 times) for our nissan march.. and i thought about getting this package after my third servicing is up, which is ~next month??? Anyone currently on this maintenance package? Any feedback? -

Ermm... tot just summarise the concept of a basic shower mah... anything more elaborate up to individual preference... Of course if i'm the car, would prefer spa services like massage, scrub, facial, aromatheraphy, etc....

When you wash your car :
1. Cloths
- After washing when drying 1pc for 1 side of the car ( x2 )
- 1 pc for bonnet, 1 pc for roof and back. ! Buy a big pail put all your cloths, shampoo and etc..! set aside abt $100 to purchase all these items..! and you can start wetting your car..!
2. Always shampoo one part of the car first after which wash over quickly..
3. Do not shampoo you whole car and after which wash it... the shampoo will damage your paint work...!
4. always wash your can from head to toe... dry your car from head to toe...! ( roof to the bottom) start with circular motion...!
Have fun washing your car..! abt 2 hrs - 4 hrs (my record)
wash, dry, polish and detailing.. only external !
Internal, is every 3weeks..!

someone somewhere said the machine wash is not recommended cos the shampoo is industrial strength and too strong. also the "sweeping broom" thingy will scratch your paintwork causing "cobwebs" (micro scratches like cobweb) if you investigate closer esp for black cars.Originally posted by saj:Hello,

That one is manual car wash... but of course shampoo application and hosing by machines lah..

Front windows 25% and rear 75% ...
Of cause you cant compare this kind of cheap stuff to Vcool or rike cool ... but its still much better then nothing ... my car is now cooler abit even if park in open carpark for 6hrs in the noon ... <-- my friend told me -

Since I am preparing for my new car, been wondering whether it is advisable to use Toughseal or Glare packages ... anyone have tried before? Is it good and worth the extra expenses? I don't think I am someone who would spend hours polishing/waxing cars .... a bit lazy

Any feedback? my frens recommended the one at stevens rd too! guess its near our work place plus the service is not bad right you are really nice to your baby ... 3-4 days WOW!!! how i wish i can find kaki staying near my block to wash car together cun imagine myself cleaning the car alone -
