Help!!!!! Caught by traffic police!

Anybody can help me?
I was not feeling well yesterday night and my friend (without license-due to suspension) drove me to the hospital with my car
On the way, we were stopped by the traffic police and our particulars are noted down.
What are the consequences for both of us??
(My friend's suspension is over and is retaking driving test now)
Will my license be suspended??
On the spot I show the Traffic Police my medicine and receipt
please help -

I told him my friend is sending me to the hospital.

My Friend just re-took test in the morning and failed!!
If pass the test than no problem
Just super worried that my license will be gone and ve to go court
I am worried my friend will be double offences. (bcoz last time suspended bcoz of drink driving() -

tell you fren to be prepared to be banned for at least 10 years....if it is your first offence then hope that the judge dun be too harsh on u and only impose a fine and some points deduction... -
In case you are new in Singapore, there are Taxis and Buses you can use. I don't see the need to have a un-licensed driver driving you to hospital when you just take medicine and reciept. All I can say is if the TP didn't close 1 eye, most likely your friend wouldn't be diving in Singapore again and you should be expecting some penalty too.
There is a reason why your friend is suspended, and something must be wrong or else why would the TP stop your car. -
The Traffic Police Stopped our Car bcoz we only on the 'small light' and foglight.
He told us he wanted to give a verbal warning and advise us to on the headlight instead only.
But instead of just indicating us to on the headlight , etc.....he moves further to us for license......... -
1st mistake yr fren is driving w/o licensce and insurance. doesnt matter if u r sick or wat crap. its not life threatening. u can always cal a cab. prepare for a hefty fine n having the chance tt your licensce be suspended too

I agree with what most have to say here... Going to a hospital is not an excuse to let some1 unqualified (with no license) to drive a car... A suspension of license isnt there for no reason... U could have taken a cab to the hospital or to a more serious extent, call for an ambulance... Perhaps maybe if u were so ill until u were on the brink of death and a slight delay caused by waiting for a cab or ambulance will just kill u, the TP might show some sympathy but even so your fren will not get away from it totally...

The car belongs to who??..Ur dad or ur own car?...If its ur dad's, ur dad will also be implicated.
So after the TP stopped u guys...did he let u all drive off??...or did he get a tow truck or smthg??.. -
Suspension of license will means that he do not have the license to drive on public road. One will have to proven in a test to be able to drive before being allowed to be driving on the road.
Sorry to say this, but you could have just hail a taxi in the first place since you are in no condition to drive.
Perhaps you can seek advise from the traffic police division in relation to this matter.

My friend.. no license.. some more drunk... drove on the floor..kenna caught by TP.. the traffic police scold scold scold.. than treaten to charge him in courts.. call his father and ask him take cab down to drive back the car... tell him to wait for court letter... 8 mth has pass and nth has happen to him..
Just hope u have my friend kind of luck though -
My condolences. Penalty for driver without licence and caught driving is minimum 1 month in jail, no matter the reasons. I really wish you good luck for your friend.

Both are guilty of an offence under Sect.35 of the Road Traffic Act
35. —(1) Except as otherwise provided in this Act, no person shall drive a motor vehicle of any class or description on a road unless he is the holder of a driving licence authorising him to drive a motor vehicle of that class or description.
(2) No person shall employ or permit another person to drive a motor vehicle on a road unless the person so employed or permitted to drive is the holder of such a driving licence.
(3) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence.
