Help!!!!! Caught by traffic police!

  but how come they will pick and stop only your car? was it like a road block or something?

  hmmm... your friend will be fined and banned from driving that is all.. as for you just be prepared for a fine... lucky your friend suspension is over.. driving under disqualification is an arrest case...

  Thats is the dumbest thing to do. To let a friend without license to drive your car.
  
  I believe your friend is likely to get his ban extended, maybe for another 2 years or so, because he already has a bad driving record.
  
  as for you, you better pray hard. You might want to argue that you were so sick that day that you cant think properly and that is why you made such a irrational decision to let your friend drive.
  
  In any case, you should have just taken a cab. good luck!!

  My friend.. no license.. some more drunk... drove on the floor..kenna caught by TP.. the traffic police scold scold scold.. than treaten to charge him in courts.. call his father and ask him take cab down to drive back the car... tell him to wait for court letter... 8 mth has pass and nth has happen to him..
  
  Just hope u have my friend kind of luck though

  This is a damn lucky example. Drank-driving alone is enough to cause be fined and such, no-license driving much more worse....... WAIT! Which country is that? Or is there "under table transactions"?

  Oh no......I pray hard that we won't receive any letters at all as you have mentioned. Hoped that TP is kind enough
  There wasn't any road block.
  It was 7pm+ and the TP just sat on his bike on the expressway with nothing to do.
  We had travelled for 2-3 exit than he came up to us suddenly
  BUT why he say wait for LTA letter???

  Sorry but to correct you, his friend is liable for jail. No matter whether his suspension is past or not, he is driving without a licence. For Nuovo, he is not liable for anything as he is not the driver.

  I think "Nuovo" might be involved too. Cause that is his car. He allow a non-licensed person to drive his car, that could amount to an offence. Unless he can prove he unknowningly let his friend drive.

  Now Traffic Police department is part of LTA.
