According to the website when the price for March was still available, the minimum downpayment was 5%.
Question: If i paid the minimum 5%, was it just for the car or was it inclusive of the COE??
Sorry, really know nuts abt all these. Am calculating my budget and fren advised to pay the minimum and keep some spare cash by my side...

Ok, my frens called me up last nite and yelled at me that there is a black nissan march who has changed the front grille of our marchie, until it looks like a volkswagen beetle...(no stripes on it!)
Who is thaT??? Anyway, i asking them to send me the picture they took and i will post it up..
Area seen: BEDOK.. who hangs around there?? If that car is not in the club.. get them in NOW...

Valour is the only black march with Tommy k front bumper replace. The front gill silver is being respray to white..! But there is another Orange right now with that Tommy K kit, in total there are two march with Tommy K design on this island......! The orange march driven by a > middle age man. Dun need to invite him to join the club... i had done it ! He is a family man... just wants his march to look different that's all.
How i know how many Tommy K.kits...!

Sorry for not being involved in the club over the past few months, been really busy with my new job
and also just came back from Ex Wallaby in Australia, super shiong reservist 
!!!...but that's another story.

Cost of car...! No idea..... i dun work for nissan...?
3. 5% down payment of the retail price of the Car.
If you bought it at $51K of 5% = $2.5k down of the cost of Car.
You loan the balance 95% = $51-$2.5K = $48.5k of your car price which includes COE !
$48.5k loan x ( Interest 3. sometime % over 7 or 10 years) is your total loan amount divide by 120 months or 84 months. = per monthly installment !
4. On top of the above, when you drive off is call the on road fees, includes Insurance + 1st installment = $2k + -
Dun stress yourself, there are more than just one models of the old k12 to start cracking your head and to remember. In Europe there is 6 models and etc...! In Japan there are Bk12(1.4L), AK12 ( 1.2L ), SR12... and K12.

Instead my agent ask me what is the comfortable amount to give.
My reason for setting some spare cash is really for "rainy day " cos really not wise to drain all in a new car.
When u take a loan... usually u are tied in for 3 yrs... so say u got more spare cash at the 3rd yr... u can arrange for refinancing... who knows by then u may upgrade ur car ?
