This really sucks. Can someone just call up LTA and ask if the driving age will change for the 1990 batch?

i told her that international age is 18 yrs old and that will nv be change. she told her classmate and they insist on saying is 21. got 1 even say he/she call driving center and ask, say confirm is 21 yrs old.
tell them, want to know, call and ask. or give them website to check. -

still must take 4A ah? so mafan... cannot just take class 4? -
Class 4 is really easy one la. In Army, I pass class 4 in one attempt.
However, for civilian class 3, it took me 4 attempts.
