can't blame them, they are pretending that they are in the fast & furious movie..
Agreed with monoslayer,The technical spec is just a piece of paper.I've tried test power with the merc and skoda cabs ardy using a standard modified 1.6 car.Their acceleration is awesome i should say but again upon reaching 140 all i can see is just their headlight. Not trying to be hero here but action speak louder than words. We see so many fast turbodiesel cabs on SG as their acceleration is powerful but roads like MY all i can say they're just normal cabs

It's very obvious why the turbodiesel cabs win you on acceleration but lose to you on outright speed. Turbodiesels have prodigious torque, but not horsepower. Torque equates to acceleration while horsepower equates to top speed. So what do you think?
And don't forget the fact that your car has an 1.6-litre petrol engine. Even when compared to an 1.6-litre turbodiesel engine, your engine is much lighter. So you can't even compare your engine's weight to the 2.0-litre turbodiesel engine's weight. Yours is a featherweight in comparison.

You cannot be a driver if you have that mentality...
