I'm just feeling the sian-ness. Because when the price rises, my dream also consequently seems further (or takes longer to achieve than before).
But I also know that there's pretty much no point in worrying/stressing over things that are way out of my control. All the more reason for me to work hard and excel in my studies now.

My sentiments too.
Well, look on the bright side. U never know when the next slide in prices is going to occur.
Most of the cars have an average lifespan of 5 years. We should expect the next wave of deregistrations to spike in around 5 years' time too. That will help to buffer the sharp decline in COE quota along the way.
That should at least lift some optimism for now...
