how can u be in a good mood when...
the price of cars here is enough to buy several in other countries
COE = a piece of paper that ALLOWS me to own a car and i have to bid for it!
petrol here is more expensive than imported beer
road tax is equal to what some people earn in a year
and i have to pay toll for usage of roads which my road tax was suppose to pay for?
where the rules and restrictions imposed on drivers take almost any fun out of driving. -
I dun think so.... at least most do signal their intention when they do a lane change.... which you see should be only the minority....
it is just not our culture to raise our hands up to say thanks to others when they let one have the road of way.... therefore by not rasing our hands it should not be translated to being a driver with no manner -

Especially the Mercs
I think Mercs signal light too expensive liao that's y they dun turn on signal light when change lanes..
Don't believe me, next time u drive, pay more attendtion to Mercs -
hmpp as for me if traffic is very - i mean very light and de lane i wan to change de veh on dat lane is far away i wont signal , but if traffic is moderate i will comfirm signal ,
it is more of a habit for me . -
lolx tink i m used to their manners liaoz...but overall majority of spore drivers still tend to signal when they wanna change lane

if the lanes are quite empty, and the lane i want to change to have no car near me, i dun see the needs to signal...
i mean... if no car u signal for who to see? -
i hate:
1. drivers who drive 80kph on the 2nd lane of the expressway when the road limit is 90kph. maybe on my speedo it's 80kph but on his it's 90kph, but still...
2. drivers who drive real slow and occupy 2 lanes at a time, or drivers who takes a Reeeaaaaalllll loooooooooooonnnnngggggggg time to change lane and it seems like they're occupying 2 lanes...
3. drivers (esp mercs uncle) who stop in the middle of a 1way street, on thier hazard light so that they can talk on thier mobile phone. Hellooooo, there's this thing call the hands-free set for mobile phone...
4. drivers who speed up suddenly when they see you signaling to filter to the next lane. duh!
5. drivers who complain abt other drivers abt bad manners when they themselves commit the same idiotic thing. oops, that's us!

I hate those loory driver (i mean those heavy tonner....) who talk over their handphones while driving their monster..... without hand-free...walao.... if u drive near them, u sure quick quick pass them..... but kia-kia.....becoz u dun know whether they will kiss you by the side when you pass them.....

oh, my friend experienced an Audi car drove by a skinny chinese man with sunken face...he did speed up to prevent him from changing lane as though he owns the road! However, he was at least 50m away at the time my friend changed lane. Can you imagine a skinny man behind a BIG wheel stucking out his modest center finger and horning his air horn loudly and indiscreetly??? He shall be punished for ugly manners that may tamper our sporean reputation further. Put him behind bars!!!

this morning i nearly had an accident due to some no manner driver. i was coming out from NTU on the 2 way road. there was 1 car trying to overtake its front car coming from the opposite direction. the front car refused to slow down and i was already quite near to them, and yet, the rear car continued to overtake into my lane. fortunately i braked hard. the overtaking car eventually managed to overtake the front car, just squeezing past me by inches. really not worth it if accident even tho i won't be the one at fault. moral of the story is there are crazy drivers out there.
