Trying to catch a bunny

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), The FBI, and the CIA are all trying to prove that they are the best at apprehending criminals. The President decides to give them a test. He releases a bunny into a forest and each of them has to catch it.
The CIA goes in. They place animal informants throughout the forest. They question all plant and mineral witnesses. After three months of extensive investigations they conclude that bunnies do not exist.
The FBI goes in. After two weeks with no leads they burn the forest, killing everything in it, including the bunny, and they make no apologies. The bunny had it coming.
The LAPD goes in. They come out two hours later with a badly beaten bear. The bear is yelling: “Okay! Okay! I’m a bunny! I’m a bunny!”

It's satire.
The CIA's method as illustrated above is a parody of how they approached the topic of Osama,when they were informed of his existence way before 911.
The FBI's method is a parody of of how they handled Walco.
The LAPD's method is a parody of how they were caught on video beating up a black man and forcing his confession.
Moral of the Story : American law enforcers have no blain! :p

CID says the Bunny is has not committed a serious crime worthy of their attention.
CNB says Bunny's urine test sample has not indicated any illegal substance abuse
SOC starts patrolling MRT stations.
Land Divisions files the paper away for missing bunny report around the vincinity of the forest and informs the constables to "Keep a look out."
