On a related note to the SAF Grab driver who was investigated by the SAF Special Investigation Branch, this was posted on SgForums 10 years ago.
Also about a decade ago, I had an ex-student who got posted to SAF SIB after his A levels. All SIB personnel, both NSFs and regulars, their ranks have to be kept secret, because they often have to investigate and interrogate SAF personnel with ranks much higher than themselves.

This isn't a Health Hack per se, but more of a FYI informative post to reassure you, just in case you notice this phenomenon in yourself : don't panic, this paradoxical and counter-intuitive effect is actually normal for healthy individuals, even if the biochemical medical explanation is not immediately obvious, and to this day there isn't a clear consensus within the scientific and medical community on why this is. If you experience this, avoid drinking too much water (which is unhealthy, as it disrupts the osmotic balance in your blood), and instead substitute with various drinks instead (eg. coconut water, fruit or vegetable juices, isotonic drinks, etc).

A doctor who evaluated American and Canadian diplomats working in Cuba diagnosed them with conditions as serious as traumatic brain injury and damage to the central nervous system, CBS News said on Wednesday, citing medical records it reviewed. The diplomats had complained of symptoms including hearing loss, nausea, headaches and balance disorders after what were described as "incidents" that began affecting them in Havana beginning in late 2016, CBS News said. Officials are investigating whether the diplomats were targets of some form of covert military sonic attack (using soundwaves not audible to the human ear) directed at their homes, CBS reported, citing a source familiar with the incidents. The source said the incidents had continued to occur on the Communist-ruled island and that some U.S. diplomats had cut short their assignments there.
