Police officers were ready to arrest rapist Yamaguchi at Narita airport on June 8, 2015, but they ended up letting him walk “because of an instruction� from higher-ranking police officials, rape victim Shiori quoted a police officer as saying.
On his Facebook page, Yamaguchi responded to the news conference, claiming he has “never done anything illegal.� Police already investigated the allegation for more than one year and eventually decided not to charge him, Yamaguchi wrote.

[Malaysia] - Turns out the guy that was killed at the petrol station was himself a "44-year-old drug gang leader and loan shark", not exactly a saint with beneficial contributions to society. Malaysian police (with help from Singapore police) have arrested 4 young women and 9 young men, obviously from a rival gang or associated gang (Malaysian police say they're still working on 3 theories : territorial dispute, drugs payment dispute, or assassination), and yet the killed gang leader's own gang members (drug dealers and loan sharks) go scot-free, just because they're not involved in this particular case of his murder.

Most of the loan sharks and many other criminal activities in Singapore are run by Malaysian Chinese who are PRs in Singapore. They are needed to bump up the GDP that's why PAP plays dumb.. Go across one day to Johore and sit in a coffee shop in Tun Aminah, Johore Jaya, Plentong ( not in within JB itself). You can see the Spore reg COE paid cars parked outside coffee shops which is the giveaway. Blend in and don't act like a Sinkie and know the local dialect. Keep your ears and eyes open and listen in to the conversations. You will learn that most crime syndicates in Singapore are Malaysian owned. How do you think the Malaysian police know so much and can so fast. They have insiders and they all look like the gangsters.

Sg and Malaysia crime syndicates also like their police counterparts got work together closely. [Malaysia] - Young woman kena decapitated (ie. head chopped off) in traffic accident.
A 22-year-old woman was killed when she was decapitated in a single-vehicle accident at Km46.4 of the Elite Highway (southbound) near Nilai here on Friday.
The 9am incident occurred when the woman, who was driving a Perodua Myvi from Sepang to Nilai, lost control of her vehicle, which slammed into the highway divider.
The impact of the crash catapulted the woman out of her vehicle and she slammed into a signboard beam, which decapitated her, killing her on-the-spot.

[Malaysia] - 17 year old teenage girl abducted and imprisoned as sex slave and repeatedly gang-raped by 6 men everyday for over a week by drug dealing gang, because her boyfriend owed a lot money to the gang buying drugs from them, and the daily gang rapes were meant to continue daily until the boyfriend paid up his entire debt, ie. to continue for weeks or months or even years. Malaysian police say the boyfriend was aware of the girlfriend's plight, but he refused to pay the gangsters or make a police report. He was happy to continue taking drugs while his girlfriend continued being gang-raped daily. The police should arrest and charge the boyfriend as well, but they probably won't.
