Man charged with rape

A MALAYSIAN man was charged on Wednesday with raping a 20-year-old woman at a carpark in East Coast Park.
Tan Eng Sing, 31, a construction worker, is alleged to have committed the offence between 8.45am and 9.15am on Sunday.
He was remanded at Central lock-up for a week.
If convicted, he faces a jail term of up to 20 years, a fine or to caning.

I think the law should be bias now. we do not want our taxpayer;s money wasted on foreigners when they commit a crime here. should be immediate hang.
also women when encounter this type of situation please do not hesitate to use force. a sharp object or kick in the kkj can do the job well. also the women's charter should stand in and take further legal actions against such rapes by foreigners. show them we mean business, we will be in bsiness. also those foreigner whore please subsidise and charge your foreign counterparts cheap cheap so that they can be serve. all in the asme boat mah

..the problem is...most of the hookers in Italy are managed by the mafia...
some of the police in Italy are heavily tattooed as well...similar to the martial arts instructors in the usa militray...tons of tattoos
most of the tattooed guys in charge of the hookers are at least 1.90m..
it's not rare to see these guys who are heavily armed and above 2m in height..
raping is definitely a no-no, paying is the only way
