I have been relief driving Sat and Sun for a year plus and is going for full time next month. Called CDG today and they says the queue is very very long but no definite answer. Then ask if I want the merc more than 4 or 5 yrs old, wait 4 weeks. Ask me quickly go down to register first. People who call me dun seen to be able to give me clear answer. *Sigh*
Look like Transcab is the better option after reading so much from Poolman and the rest. Can someone tell me what is the latest queue wait for 1.8 and 2.0 Wish? Appreicate and Thank You for any advice.
Unless u wan to wait....take 1.8L it is faster....shorter waiting time.

Shorter wait by how much? Thought to go see them this week.
Btw, fuel consumption comparable between the two? Thanks again.

Wow....that's quick. I only need it in October.
Most of the 1.8 are how old? Anyone got one recently and any problem with it?
Thanks.

>faster run<
u take older vehicle, sure got some little problem here and there. You cannot avoid one.......
Just pray that u can get one that is not so jia lat. Initially, may need to go workshop few times, after that when u are use to ur vehicle, it should be ok liao.

Yo ,
Merc is good , diesel consumption is the lowest among all taxis , but rental $130+ . Looking at your experience , better not do a Merc now .
Later than say . Maybe say 2 years ? Then u can think about Merc , cos by the time , u are matured liao , sweep also can , call also can , parang sabre also can , routes also can , landmarks also can , north south east west all can .
Take a step at a time .
Merc for which type of drivers ?
Poolman type . 人眨眼 type 。

long or short Q , just go and apply for the 2.0L .
Believe me .
While waiting , be a relief first .

Japanese cars , if got problems , not big problem one , can be fix .
The normal problem for Wish , all Wish , is the brake .
Air con not much problem .
Some Wish gas nossil will leaked , just replace a new one , can liao .
Engine ???
I never see any hirer complaint how bad this car is .
Only brake , i think it's Toyota global problem .
The only issue drivers faced with a TransCab Wish is the CNG top up issues , troublesome some said .
But not me .
If u think lay chay la must top up 2-3 times a day , then pls leave Wish alone , go get a diesel taxi , top up once can last you 3 days !!!
Why 2.0L ? Cos i am driving one .
Full tank can last me 280km .
Top up once in between , when going home , another $10 .
1.8L , also same la , just that top up earlier .
me run around 270km , average $28 , nothing more than $30 .
It's like per km , $1.10 like that estimate .
I never bother about CNG , cos end day , i still earn my salary la , never measure so precise on the comparison with diesel , like that compare , me very fast whole head white hair , a very unhappy man , cos your friend all pay less on diesels .
Roger that ?
Go Transcab said u want a 2.0L , used or new doesn't matter .
New : 1 year bond
Used : 6 months bond .
Mine a 3 months old 2.0L , 6 months bond , a good deal i've got .
Not stress .
Earn my first $665 easily , no sweat , no stress .
Effortless $665 benefit .
E F F O R T - L E S S !!!!
Other taxi company , to earn $665 , u must run until u steam steam .
I can take that $665 and go Genting , for 6 days , and my rental can be deducted from the $665 the following month .
Try it on a Comfort !!!
Am i a very good marketing officer ?
Mileage for a Wish 2.0 = Average 280km .
Mileage for a Wish1.8 = average 220km , depending in CNG mechanism . My junior 534 his 1.8L taxi can go up to 280km , fantastic . His CNG component good leh .
Meaning his CNG component can allowed the pressure to fill up more CNG , most are default to about 220km .
just remember not to take "Komade Tran Wish " after his hirer return back , cos his wish comfirm need to replace the engine quite soon de ... haha ...
