Overrated Food/ Stalls

  This thread is on food that has been overrated..
  
  Personally i think the Bedok Bak Chor Mee is overrated.. went to eat twice.. dun find anything exceptionally special at all..

  tian tian huo guo... definitely NOT the best soup base i've tasted. the price is not that cheap either.

  sometimes the food isn't tasty at all...just becuz its cheap and big so that is why alot of people go and eat..then people likes to deceive themself saying that the food is nice or whatever~

  ya.. but take into account the travel time and cost.. wont be that cheap already..

  Ya ya!! I nv tried b4, but everytime I walked past see ppl eating.. I see the chicken so bloody inside.. And the skin is so thick and fat.. Turns me off already..
  
  Another is the Kim's Hokkien Noodles.. They got provide tze char oso.. Thier noodles not bad.. But once I tried their tze char, the prawns not very fresh.. Although u use it to cook ceral prawns, ppl oso can taste whether it's fresh anot mah.. -_- THe scallops was worse.. Got a smell one.. The stall I went to was one of its branch.. Others I dunno

  Boon Tong Kee chicken is pretty bad.. i bought it once, kept in the fridge and a few hours later, the chicken became kinda powdery.. lousy texture too...

  wu zhao pai at around geylang...overpriced sea food and it is not really nice

  I didnt tried Boon Tong Kee cuz the chicken really turns me off.. But I have tried others such as Loy Kee.. Not as good as I think lor
