hahaa .. hope this will not lessen yr love for cod ..... notice that everywhere where cod is sold it comes gutted without the head ... while working at a Jap resturant in town .. my chef manager told me that cod always has worms inside the stomach ... OPPS .. anyway i love cod .. another fish that has similar taste and texture property is threadfin ....
for cod or threadfin best is to season lightly with salt and pepper .... on high heat brown both sides with oil or butter .. and lower the heat to cook the insides ..
