Ben & Jerry Ice Cream

I went to the outlet in United Square (opp Novena Square) a few weeks ago and not only was the ice cream fabulous, the service was EXCELLENT!! the staff was patient and let me try the different flavours without pressurising me to buy, and she was constantly smiling. It is a nice change from other services i've gotten.
Anyone knows of any other ben & jerry outlets that provides service as excellent. -

good idea
but i want a place where i can sit down and enjoy the ice cream.. like a cafe.. united square's outlet left me a lastin impression and i wonder if other outlets are the same -

Ben And Jerry's philosophy in their work and Co. has always been very interesting.
Actually they're a good case/example for the our service industry Co. to study on.
I'm also very surprised to see GOOD service from a local. It really seems like they've enjoyed their work lots and showing their joy to customers.
Very good staff.

I tried and doesn't like coz i felt that i am having candies instead..

Their flavours don't appeal to me....
but i do admit the service us surprisingly good.

Honestly, with all these 'healthly' and '99% fat-free' ice cream going round, brands like ben and jerry's and anderson are going to have a tough fight.
Upmarketing their outlets into bistro style sit-ins is a good move but without a fast turnover, they will erode into losses.
New Zealand IC, Gelato and Venezia are still the ones that stand out in terms of low-sugar, low fat....
