Upmarketing their outlets into bistro style sit-ins is a good move but without a fast turnover, they will erode into losses.
New Zealand IC, Gelato and Venezia are still the ones that stand out in terms of low-sugar, low fat....
But honestly lah... It's the fats that make the ice creams taste so good! That's why some people say it's a sin to eat ice cream because it's so fattening yet tasty!
Gelato is good but I don't really feel much for New Zealand Ice Cream though... can't really taste it :/
