24 HRs western food .. what to l@@k for

soon if things work out , i am planning to share a 24 hrs western food stall with my frens in Bedok... so far i have a few plan in mind .. the current reciple the guy has is great .. Sg best chickenchop at 5 dollars .... but i am looking at more ideas to ensure my survival . i am going to ORD soon and my bullets are limited .. dun really wish to work for ppl so a few advice will be much appericiated
The coffeeshop is 24 hrs and has 2 nice big @ss tv.
I am looking targeting football watchers crowd from 2am to maybe 2pm
Any ideas on prefered finger foods
Nachos
Cheese fries
fried chicken pieces / nuggets .. etc
burgers
sandwiches
etcs...
all ideas will be greatly welcome -

ITs great and not sinful ... the chicken meat is grilled nicely with olive oil .. all his sauces is self made.
ermm so far no body give me nice ideas yet ..

can mix stuff.. like chicken chop n pasta 2 in 1.. i like.. but i doubt i can go sarport.

Since you are targeting at soccer fans.. you can sell potato chips in a small basket for $2. Cheap and easy. Can have either chicken wings/nuggets/pieces or fish nuggets and french fries in a basket sell it for $3.50. Its cheap and nice, a lot of guys will buy it. Can add in samosa/spring roll/curry puff into the menu also.

you might wanna add in more variety to your finger food and maybe if you can, serve alcholic drinks too..

wah seriously interesting .. i now read of food which i never seem in my life ... can anyone give me an idea .. what is saggae biscuit ...
for a start i am toying of 2 to 3 dollars Nachos or cheese fries ... think tonite i go down to talk to my fren again to see how is it going ..
tiger beer ladies .. no .. but lets me try to create a palce where the ladies will hang out .. so that the tiger will come along -
