I really wish to see neighbourhood western food stalls offer more salads, sandwiches and soups at reasonable prices leh. Really nice soups and salads that are not greased down with sauce, but light and tossed and sanwiche like SUBWAY tt type. Baked potatoes too!
I supposed to differentiate yourself you can have more healthy options like grill and bakes, instead of panfry also neh.

YES .. the stall is in operation by the current boss .. my fren from ard 5 pm to 2 am currently. I was 1st drawn to his stall when it in CV .. by his out of the world ( hawker ) style of food presentation and quality. from a regular customer i moved on to his fren and now hopefully a partner if all goes well.
example:
common chicken chop
chop veg salad ( collshaw ?? )
fries
baked beans
oilly piece of chicken
his style
tossed lettuch with sliced carrots
fries
chicken grilled with OLIVE oil

my idea is to create a menu or place with there is something catered to 99% of the western food eating population. But i look ard and find most ppl accustomed to the common western food .. so here i am looking for ideas and sort of doing a survey.
my target:
foodwise - healthy yet sinfully tasty food at coffeeshop cost
location - since its a 24 hr coffee shop i wish to create an idea in ppl's mind .. similar to 24/7 available f.. hard to explian this point.
a bit too ambitious on my part but i got to try hard. lets see how the talk comes abt tonight -
abut related to this topic, maybe when your business is a bit more settled, you can try doing outside catering...
Or rather, like macdonalds, sell food via phonecalls. Don't charge extra if you can afford it, you'll be doing well in no time..~

yup .. when things have start and run smoothly .. i will most definately discuss abt supplying of uncooked food for BBQ and delivery to SAF camps for ppl on GD .. ehheee some more i from QM side .. sure can de =)

The most important thing about "football food" is that it must be shareable among a group of guys watching football late at night. It is kind of hard to share a chicken chop, and it is also difficult to eat chicken chop and stare at the screen simultaneously. A better option might be chicken nuggets? Or hot dogs?
