  There is only one possible way you could get tapeworms. By swallowing an infected flea. I'm serious. The highest occurence of tapeworms is from dogs and cats. And the tapeworm segments, they don't show up on your stools, they cling around your anus. I'm serious about this too. So most probably you have some other worm. Maybe roundworms, they can grow longer than your instestines.

  They don't become stones, they just rot inside your digestive system, coz they grow so big and long. In some cases, they climb high enough to leech on to your liver. Ok, I made the last line up. But I'm not kidding about the tapeworms.
