You should check your anus surroundings first for tapeworm segments, they're quite visible and are white in colour, and they usually cause irritable itchiness.

if you believe yourself to be infected with worms.......simple.....just take a small little sample of the stool sample......and if you have friends who are laboratory technicians in hospital settings you can ask them to check it under a microscope.........
either that......another way to confirm diagnosis is to take a container and fill it up with some stool sample......if after a few days you see worms on the stool samples...........you are infected.......... -
