  ive f0rg0tten the 0ld change kee's s0t0ng's name. is the l0ng b0dy 0f squid deep fried. crispy yet nice. the leggiies are too crispy f0r me. =)

  assam...
  
  get a brick of the assam stuff, mash it up with water and filter...
  
  add some sugar to taste, and throw in a RED chilli which has been sliced open lengthwise...
  
  cook the squid..
  
  serve... it's sourish coz of the assam and it's great with rice
