  oh yeah.. i love Stuffed Squid
  
  also, on the other extreme, i love that squid they sell in the market.. the stalls where they sell cooked fish and other seafood... this type of stalls sell the seafood cooked with all the guts and stuff.. their squid is usually amazingly good when eaten with teochew fermented bean, chilli and lime as a dipping sauce
