  there r 2 stalls at tiobg bahru market..1 is traditional wan selling only you tiao,butterfly n hum chim pang...the other stall which sells you tiao n others stuf like curry puff is not nice...theirs u have 2 eat when it's hot coz when it's cold,thier you tiao is hard...n thier stuff r nt handmade...

  there is one stall zuan mai you char kway at maxwell road market, 30 cents each, stall is from 'du kou jie'....... looks good but i didn't try..
  
  2, 3 stalls away is the hum jin peng stall, they sell you char kway also......

  ang mo kio central hawker center? the you char kuay with porridge is not that bad, especially when they just make it

  maxwell hum chin pang is nice but the oil is very black
