  i go for carbonara
  it seems carbonara is quite popular..
  there's a particular cafe style stall at the bukit timah hawker centre that sell delicious spagetti like carbonara...tink ard $3 for one

  go for shops that use lower fat ingredient in their Carbonara like the stall in bukit timah hawker centre...coz cream sauce kinda fatty
