  Taste okie only, but quite expensive and too much vinegar is used to marinate the meat fillings, steaming time also too long, causing the filling wrap skin to be too soggy and soft...

  I take back my words! The xiao long bao at Geylang (Mongkok Dimsum) is horrible Had it juz..B4 i could pick it up with my choppies the whole piece fell apart. Rubbery and funny taste. The meat tasted like plastic

  frankly speaking, din tai fung is overrated.. somemore i find sg branch ones quite salty.. taipei one is definitely better.. but IMO, its still overrated..

  Although it's not their main dish, Tung Lok has nice xiao long bao.
  
  Din Tai Fung ones (that house specialty) taste a bit oily, so I find them a bit "jer lak" after a few.
