If it's awfully chocolate, then I have tried it before - well, I did not go ecstatic over the choc cake.

Me recognises that station anywhere in Taipei, sitting as the last stop in the Tam Shui line, Tam Shui has an old street known as Tam Shui Lao Jie, where you can find plenty of teahouses and shops, taste the famous Taiwan Ah Po Tie Dan (Grandma's Braised Egg) and the Tam Shui Meat Puff in front of the Tam Shui jetty... 100 - 200 pcs on normal days. assuming she sells an average of 100 pcs everyday...
100 pcs x NT600 = NT60k per day
assuming just 20 days...
NT60k x 20 = NT1.2 million
thats 60k per month.
do you think she is exaggerating it to promote sales? or she really does make so much in a much on average? -
erm...i don't thk SIN one is own by her...in the intw. she mentioned so far only 1 shop she own.
she strongly recommend her customers use spoon to eat her cakes.
Taiwan consumers making noise, then y she din provide us spoon.... -

And stella Ng's looks like some marketing gimmick with overpriced and overrated choc cakes. -
So thats her shop at sembawang hills, so ulu that place, I think the rent must be free.

I belief she learned from a lady in singapore then go over to open her shop in Taiwan.
I remember there was a lady that make very good chocolate cakes somewhere in Bukit Timah area, somewhere near the old race course. Its inside one of the lanes, not sure exactly where liao. I think its called Lana... make very good chocolate cakes but always must place order in advance... -
