I tried out the one at kovan last weekend, the french toast was perfect man!!!
Dunno can ask for more butter or not. But the best thing is, no peanut butter inside. -

The new Hong Kong Tea House next to Katong Mall is 24 hours.
Not bad, but not die die must try either, but at least it is 24 hours!

Kovan one is 24hrs only on Fri, Sat and Sundays...
Mon to thur close at 2am.
