I had lunch at LJS...was surprised that one can actually have a healthy lunch there, that is, if you order something like the grilled fish with black pepper sauce on rice, plus 2 sides that includes a salad.
The fish was fresh...and still had the skin on. It was a pleasant surprise.

Bedok LJS still got wraps. i've been there few days ago to eat LJS and wraps was still in their menu.
BK is now my 2nd choice ( used to be KFC ). cos of the xtra toppings u can add to ur whopper Jr. i usually add 4 toppings at 1 shot. either i take rendang suace or mushroom to go with the rest of the toppings. Mushroom and rendang dun taste good together.
Arnold's chicken considered fast food?? this chicken is good. compared to kfc i think kfc quite alot sia. got 1 branch at my house downstairs in bedok so i no need go until paya lebar there and eat
mac comes last to my list. if it wasnt for the 24/7 delivery service, mac wouldnt have even appeared on my list.
My fast food hate list :
so far only 1 and that is MOS BURGER. burger finished in 5 bites the most. fries although chunky but quantity too little. the only thing great about their food is butterfly prawns. too expensive for such servings, 1 meal cant even fill up 1/4 of my stomach. -

Mac: Serivce good, they build up their image well with ads. Once my gf buy one large ice tea, after she paid and walk away for a few meters, she dropped it on the floor, splash the ice tea all around. They didnt show angry face, they ask cleaner come clean, give another cup to my gf for free. But the food not nice.
KFC: Deep fried chicken is just not my cup of tea. Rarely go KFC.
B.King: The best burger, a little bit expensive but worth it.
Mos.B: I think most guys dont like, the food is like meant for girls. One burger in Mos sure not enuff for me. Expensive, yet cant eat unitl full.
My Fav is BK. -
