  for me...is negative feedback...customer service not very good...waited very long for the food... as in 3 dishes arrived while the last dish arrived after my 3 frens finished their food...asked for bill and it din come...had to ask for it the second time...
  
  food wise...based on the reviews earlier...i suggest sticking to the sandwiches since they are cheaper and are receiving quite positive reviews......cause the main courses are not nice at all...chicken chop...spring chicken...sausage grilled with bacon and cheese...

  agree, some of them very inexperience, thats y the customer service is nt very gd.

  new york new york is open by the same people who runs thai express....
  
  finally got to try it last weekend.....after my 2 failed attempts due to the long queues on weekend evenings....and it was only 6pm!
  
  anyways.....me and my bf tried the following dishes and my 2 cents worth...
  
  coleslaw - nice!
  
  mozaralla balls - big disappointment, not worth $8, only 5-6 small balls which has very little mozarella fillings....not cheesy at all
  
  coney dog - my bf said was good, portion reasonable, serve with fries and salad
  
  penne alfredo with roast chicken - very good! i changed the penne to tagliatelle. it was half a roast chicken...quite a filling main course
  
  waffles with ice cream - not that good....the waffles are pre made, so by the time it's serve, the waffles are cold already....and they serve it with honey instead of maple syrup...somehow, waffles just taste better with maple syrup...
  
  as for the service, i would say it's ok. didn't experience any hiccups....
