Mui Lee always got my supports for the above mentioned.
But won't buy Moon Cakes cause it's not popular in my household. -

i practically eat all sort of mooncakes. not brand conscious.

because each year goes by, the mooncakes get even more messed up.. with ice cream, eggs and dunno what other kinds of nonsense inside... and i've tried them.. they seem to get worse and worse..
this one.. remains the same every year.. and is good stuff

First year I bought (2004) I had to order... maybe cos I was already a bit late.
Second year (2005) I didn't have to order cos I bought very early.

Anyway I think I'll buy again this year too.
And I also second FI's recommendation for Tai Chong Kok. Their snowskin mooncakes are superb - egg yolks still have a little oil so not too dry, lotus paste fragrant and not sickeningly sweet like other mooncakes, and the skin is soft and chewy!
And you also must buy *note: MUST BUY!* their glutinous cakes. I've never tasted such tasty glutinous cake before. Very soft and delicious! Note, however, that usually it's sold out, after which Tai Chong Kok will put out glutinous cakes by another producer (which is obviously not as good). Must go early for this.
And I also love Raffles' Hotel's snowskin champagne brandy whatever truffles mooncakes! -

Don't know can keep how long, but last year mine was in the fridge for around 1-2 months

nice tau sar pia from balestier, but i duno which one, coz always ple buy for me to eat de. -
uhh. mookie... i never order.. i just drive to their bakery at commonwealth crescent to get direct... the thing is still warm (sometimes hot) from the oven
