prepare $200. $100 u can go there n eat side dishes....
go to the one at one fullerton. can dine by the bay n makes a good place to stroll about after dinner. -
or prep $500 for a meal at mortons.....
if u are tight, go to phin's @ liang seah.....steak and some side dishes and drinks less than $100 -
Black Angus $100 is enough if you don't drink wine and don't eat their steaks. Their steaks cost 40+ per serving. Soft drinks are $4.50/glass. The ambience is good though. But if you are looking for good steak @ more affordable prices, try phins or hogsbreath or the one @ Pasir Panjang.

Nice place, good ambience, nice food also... Me spent around $150 the other time with my wife for our anniversary... Me ordered the 8 Oz sirloin steak while my wife ordered the grilled chicken with crayfish combo, alongside with some side dishes and Caesar's Salad... Got piano playing in the background and two complimentary glasses of wine after the manager came to know about our anniversary...

For $100 and no beef, I rather go to Melt cafe and eat the buffet. Nice place with very good desserts.
Or if you are willing to stretch your budget a little and your gf likes chinese food, then try Li Bai or Min Jiang or even Hai Tien Lo.

Don't just simply jump onto the bandwagon because you heard it's a nice restaurant and spending that kind of money would be able to make it special...

for fine dinning maybe u can try fine dinning @ BLUE LOBSTER or MichealAngelo. Now Amex card got 1 for 1... u may check amex website for more details.
If no promo, $100 shd be enough also.

Michaelangelo's portions are quite small. And its not cheap either. $100 definitely not enough for 2 pax if no promotions.
