im not pro but i started to learn how to cook spagetti, alfredo pasta, corn in butter, cheese omelette. hmm shall we organise a cooking outing next time?

hmm something pops up in my mind. mayb if i got the $$ i open a restaurant n let the customers cook their own food of cos not like seoul garden type but got different menus provided n instructions n tips given. mostly r easy to cook like pasta, spagetti, burgers, western foods n some oriental food like cha kuey tiao. after all, own cook food jus taste nicer, or it isint?

i can say i cooked like "da chang jin"..... i juz think tat sauces can hw and hw then juz put in.... but i can say im a near to advanced cooker bah... you know intermediate then advanced then expert.... i am at centre....

I'm not a pro but I do know how to anyhow mix and invent "rojak" dishes. My Mum always chided me for messing the kitchen and making the kitchen floor wet
