  you can see the meat when they are cutting it up. the meat is also very tough and has a robust meaty flavour to it.

  The stall is just opposite Fu Lu Shou complex.. its in a hawker center cum wet market. all i remember is that it is on the right hand side when you get to the top of the staircase.. its the 1st store of one of the rows... really sorry, but i havent been there for a long time
