cos mummy n papa tell mi eat raw food no gd ,can kana dunno disease ,dey Claimed that raw food caused a distant relative to be blind(cant rem now) true??
nw me have adverse reaction to raw food
is salmon sashimi dat nice

You got eat yu sheng before? Same lah... no problem. Just make sure it's fresh.

Its the best man, just make sure the salmon is seawater not the freshwater type, coz that's where the nasty stuff usually comes from.

some raw things cannot be eaten.. because they are actually poisonous..
things like tapioca, sweet potato and yam are poisonous when raw..
other things, like chicken, you're asking to get salmonella poisoning...
however, some meats can be taken raw if the hygiene is good.. like fish, beef and some seafood...
do your research and know before believing hearsay, yah?

yes, i eat sashimi, sushi, etc.
in fact i dun like my meat overcooked even in bbq. -

don't know abt blindness...i'll eat some vegetables raw...radishes, celery, carrots, etc.....even potatoes sometimes. fruit also.

There's a sweet after taste in fresh raw salmon... very nice! But I do know people who can't stand the fishy smell. -
