Sakae Sushi u spoil my day!

I went last week to bugis de. The rice also drop out.
Last time nt like this.
Anyway the part times staff alot. I went during lunch then when u eat all stand opp me. eat also Embarassed

eh dude, i just ate sakae the day before and it was okay~ ate at the causeway point outlet wif four other friends. it was okay ar... the rice u talking about most likely is the sashimi, which also happened to us but anyway next time dun use chop stick use hand eat, den wun drop liao. if first time drop, den change to use hand, still use chopstick for wad... liddat is not sakae fault that u dunno how to kiap sushi wif ur chopsticks properly.. learn ur physics pls...

for sushi, pls do not kiap the middle part aka the part where seaweed is used to hold the meat and rice together, u kiap the rice from its longer sides.

and anyway telling u they charge if u waste food is part of their job, dun hate them for it

Food wastage? Are you on the buffet thing? But isn't Sakae infamous for one of the worst sushi chains around?

last time sushi tei used to have a lot of varities but now is almost like sake.. not much to choose from and i miss the old days of sushi tei.... Sad

Anyway it's not wrong for them to warn you about food wastage cos i believe many places that has Buffet should have included a rule which states that you will need to pay if you cant finish the food you take.

If you're unhappy about the condition of the food you can jolly well complain to the shop manager or shut your mouth, eat, pay and leave.

Also, they wont warn you about food wastage unless alot of food is being left uneaten. Don't give excuses like the rice wasn't firm and it all came off. You can still finish the rice rite?

Yea, the servie attitude of the guy is bad and you can complain but Shuo Wei Yi Fen Qian, Yi Fen Huo. You can definitely complain to the shpp manager but you'll get the guy into big trouble. Haha.

I used to like eating at Sakae. Until one day (which was a few weeks ago) when i had the teatime buffet with my friend at an orchard branch. We left feeling rather full, cleaned up most of the food on the plate, all except for 1 piece of sushi (don't ask why). And when we were leaving to the cashier to pay for the bill, a waitress (not local) came and said "you still have 1 piece of sushi left on the table. We have to charge you for food wastage." Come on, why should they be that calculative? Why not bother other patrons who truly waste their food(instead of us, who couldn't eat that one piece of sushi)?

for this price, wat do u expect?

sakae is like wat macdonald's is to fast-food..........

if u want "fresh" sushi......go the outlet when it's damn high traffic........like wheelock, heeren........
so they always churn out "fresh" sushi.....
but then, tt depends on how fast u can get ur hands on them on the belt..........

then this show their standard drop, i went to parkway parade branch for ther buffet. THe food variety was so little. No fresh sushi comes out and it was only about 8pm. Still early for dinner. In the end we have to order two more dinner sets. This show that this restaurent is only for profit and little regards for customers. Mind you it was a friday night crowd.

of course i never went to sakae Sushi again. One and only time is enough. Mad
