Recipe for Goreng Pisang

I tried to make Goreng Pisan at home but I can not achieve the standard of the batter similar to the famous Lim Kee Goreng Pisang or Toa Payoh Goreng Pisang. Can any one advise the ingredient, proportion and procedure to make the batter of the Goreng Pisang become very crispy, light and porous after deep frying like Lim Kee or toa Payoh.

ssshhh.... i think the secret ish the flour they use... plus added wib some eggs.
i think they mix normal flour wif corn flour or rice flour
n some malays add some grated coconut or coconut milk to the batter... makes it taste more heavenly

I had tried mixing with what you have suggested with baking powder but it still cannot meet their quality, is there any special additive that they added, I can see all home made Goreng Pisang is different from them. I have tried the pre-mixed flour specially packaged to cater for Goreng Pisang from supermaket and the quality is quite close to the Toa Payoh Goreng Pisang.
The ingredient printed on the packaging include rice flour, baking powder and milk solid. Any friend here have the idea of what is milk solid and its composition. Your advice is appreciated. -

Actually there a 1 secret ingredient to make goreng pisang taste better.
i not sure if the pasar malam use this special ingrdient anot.
But it is an additional thing to add to make it better
How i know ? My family found out accidentally when we were doing some deep frying experiment. -
