Who love chinese sausage, wax duck.....

Chinese sausage can eat any time, but wax duck(lak yak) only can eat once a year.
I love that very much, 1 small piece can help me finish a bowl of white rice.
This year I saw "lak ru zhu"(wax sukling pig) in chinatown leh, new product, look nice, but have to buy the whole pig, dun know how to finish, who wanna share with me? -
warmed or cooked in the rice cooker, eaten with leek and orange sauce.. yummy stuff
