I think I got one:
equal amounts of beef and pork fine mince
enough potatoe flour to make a dough
egg white
pour egg white into flour and knead into dough.
add in the mince mix and knead till finely mixed.
grind in some fresh black pepper.
shape a ball about the size of your thumb.
for extra taste, prefry the meatball before adding into sauce.
