  Isetan supermarket was selling this during their Hokkaido Fair. I went there on the 5th day but it was already gone. The Isetan staff told me the cookies were sold out on the 3rd day.
  
  It is popular because each piece is handmade and awarded by the Suisse Monde Selection in 1986.
