Actually on the evening of the barbecue, I already forgot what I put into each container as marinade.I remember using a lot of light soy sauce, honey, A LOT of alcohol, a bit of dark soy sauce, some sesame oil... For the pork I just drowned it in Worcestershire sauce...
The wings were just marinated for about 6-7 hours but they were good enough (not my words =X) heh heh.... just keep flipping them around in the marinade...
